Land Description: 400 acres. Comprised of two separate tracts approximately 200 acres each. Limited to 4 members. There are 2 openings. Both properties offer good deer and turkey hunting. Some hogs present on both tracts. Campers allowed. This is a new lease but already has established food plots and stands. Also has an 18-acre field planted as dove field. Habitat is mix of timber and open land including mature hardwoods, clearcut, mature pines, managed food plots, and mixed pine-hardwood stands. Excellent water source including two large creeks.
Important Notices:
1. Individual Memberships: This lease is set up for individual memberships, not family or group membership. Each member is allowed an occasional guest. Game killed by a guest comes out of the member’s quota.
2. Initiation Fee: New members for this lease pay a one-time $1,000 initiation fee over and above annual dues. This weeds out club hoppers who are not committed long term. Also, it recognizes that a new member enjoys immediate access to property improvements (stands, campsite, food plots, mineral sites, etc.) without having contributed money or labor for them.
- An example of how it works: If annual dues are $3500 for a particular lease, then a new member pays $4500 ($3500 dues + $1000 initiation fee) upon joining and dues drop to $3500 the second year.
