Properties
Explore a variety of hunting leases by clicking “Available Properties”. Each listing provides key details such as location, acreage, habitat type, and permitted game species, so you can find the perfect hunting spot for your needs.
 
New properties added regularly! Check back often for the latest listings.

Apply for a
Property
Once you find a property you love, click "Apply Now" to begin the leasing process.
You'll answer a few quick questions, including:
  • Your hunting experience & group size
  • Your intended use of the land
  • Agreement to follow all lease terms

Secure Your Lease with
a Background Check
A $200 non-refundable application fee is required per property, covering:
  • Background check to ensure responsible hunting practices
  • Application review to match hunters with the right properties
  • Priority processing for landowner approval
Want to increase your chances? Apply for multiple properties! Each application requires a separate fee, but gives you more leasing options.
4.
Application Review &
Landowner Approval
Once your application is submitted:
  • We conduct a background check and review your application
  • If approved, your application is sent to the landowner
  • The property is temporarily locked as "Application Pending" to prevent others from applying
5.
Finalize Your Lease &
Start Hunting!
If approved, you'll receive a detailed email with next steps, including signing the lease and making your final payment. After that, the land is yours to enjoy!
